Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing

We offer both monthly and annual membership plans. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Monthly Memberships

• You may cancel your monthly membership at any time before your next billing date.
• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
• Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Annual Memberships

• Annual memberships are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months of access at a discounted rate.
• You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current annual term.
• Annual membership fees are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

• Partial membership periods
• Unused membership benefits
• Missed retreats or events
• Failure to use member discounts
• Forgotten cancellations
• Change of mind

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or notice a duplicate payment, please contact us within 14 days. If an error has occurred, we will promptly issue the appropriate refund.

Membership Benefits

• Member-only pricing, retreat credits, and other exclusive benefits are available only while your membership is active.
• If a membership is cancelled, any unused benefits that expire with the membership will be forfeited unless otherwise specified.
• Retreat bookings made using membership benefits remain subject to La Wayra's standard retreat booking, cancellation, and refund policies.

Changes to Membership

La Wayra reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or these terms. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
