Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at lawayrawellness.com (the “Site”) or enrolling in any membership, program, immersion stay, or service offered by LAWAYRA LLC.

1. Who We Are

These Terms are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) and:

By accessing the Site, booking a call, or enrolling in any membership or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

La Wayra offers wellness, personal growth, and community programs, including but not limited to:

• The Circle Membership — an online, monthly membership including community calls, coaching support, a self-guided course, member resources, and event invitations.
• Immersion Stays — extended in-person stays at our center in Fredonia, Antioquia, Colombia.
• Founding Membership — a multi-year, application-based membership with expanded community and event access.
• Related live sessions, workshops, one-on-one or group guidance, and in-person gatherings.

We may modify, add, or discontinue any part of these offerings at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify current Members of material changes to their membership.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or attend an Immersion Stay. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Membership, Billing, and Cancellation

• The Circle Membership is billed monthly and automatically renews each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period already paid for, except as required by applicable law.
• Founding Member pricing is locked in for as long as the membership remains active and in good standing; a lapse or cancellation may forfeit locked-in pricing on any future re-enrollment.
• We reserve the right to change membership pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership for non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these Terms.

5. Immersion Stays and In-Person Events

• Immersion Stays and in-person gatherings take place at our center in Fredonia, Antioquia, Colombia (or other announced locations), and are subject to availability.
• Travel, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and transportation to and from the location are your sole responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Specific dates, deposits, cancellation windows, and refund terms for Immersion Stays will be confirmed separately at the time of booking and form part of these Terms once agreed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an Immersion Stay or event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, weather, government restrictions, or insufficient enrollment), in which case we will offer a reschedule or refund of amounts paid for that specific stay or event.

6. Health, Wellness, and Safety Disclaimer

La Wayra's programs, coaching, guide sessions, somatic practices, and community offerings are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

• Our facilitators and guides are not, unless explicitly stated with credentials on our Site, licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, or clinical psychologists acting in that capacity within this program.
• You should consult a qualified physician or mental health professional before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have a physical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
• Somatic work, movement practices, breathwork, and group sessions can involve physical and emotional exertion. You participate at your own discretion and are responsible for communicating any relevant health conditions to our team in advance.
• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country immediately. La Wayra is not equipped to provide emergency or crisis intervention.

By participating in any La Wayra program, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing throughout your participation.

7. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Participation in any La Wayra program, whether online or in person, is at your own risk.
• LAWAYRA LLC, its owners, employees, guides, facilitators, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your membership or participation will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

8. Member Conduct

We ask all Members to engage with our community, guides, and fellow members with respect and good faith. We reserve the right to remove any Member from the community, calls, or in-person events — without refund of the current period — for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive to the community.

9. Confidentiality and Community Trust

Our community calls, group sessions, and gatherings often involve personal sharing. Members agree to hold what is shared by other members in confidence and not to record, screenshot, or share community sessions or other members' personal stories outside the community without consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the membership — including but not limited to the self-guided member series, written materials, recordings, workshop content, and branding — is the property of LAWAYRA LLC or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a Member. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share this content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or enrolling in a membership, you consent to that collection and use.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or your membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your membership will first be addressed through good-faith discussion with our team before pursuing formal proceedings.
